Garifuna (Garífuna) Garifuna is an Arawakan language spoken by about 200,000 people mainly in Honduras, and also in Belize, Guatamala and Nicaragua. It was originally spoken on the island of St Vincent in the Antilies, but then spread to Honduras and then to neighbouring countries.
